The Lulla Smith Lausanne Bassinet is a breathtaking masterpiece of luxurious silk fabrics. Elegantly designed and luxurious place for a precious baby. The handcrafted wooden wicker bassinet is dressed with pure Dupioni silk (shown in Ivory) adorned with a whimsical overskirt laden with scalloped silk blossoms attached at their centers to sheer ivory silk organza and finished with an opulent oversized front bow in Dupioni Silk (shown here with Blush Bow but can be ordered with the silk color of your choice). Bassinet liner, band and bow are solid Dupioni silk.

Lausanne Bassinet includes:

• An underskirt of net
• A 2" mattress with a 500 thread count fitted sheet
• A decorative 10" x 10" matching pillow.

Bassinet Frame Style:

We offer two styles of bassinets and both are shown above.

• Standard Version - Badger Large Bassinet. The standard bassinet meets all industry safety standards and features plastic legs and frame, metal hardware, and durable, industrial chipboard basket. Shown on the left and measures as follows: Top Opening = 33" x 19", Top edge of basket to the floor 31", base of bassinet basket = 29" x 15". Mattress= 29" x 15" x 2".
• Deluxe Version - Hand Crafted Beautiful Wood and Wicker Bassinet made for Lulla Smith is the United States. High quality, built to last for generations. - Shown on the right of the two baskets; To its rim, the basket is 4" taller (from the floor to the rim of the basket is 35"), 1-1/2" longer and 1-1/2" deeper than the Standard Badger basket. Due to its larger size, we will be increasing yardage to the skirt, and the inner liner (the place where the baby sleeps) will now be lined and padded. We feel that the added quality of this bassinet base meets the high quality and fit of Lulla Smith linens.
